Mark Alfred recently sent in an excellent and detailed article that he wrote about every single variety of Kryptonite (more than 10) known.

Here it is!

A shortened version of this article was published in Amazing Heroes #183, but Mark sent us the full-length version for the website.

Thanks, Mark!

We should have some images added to it soon, for now it's just the text.

Hope you all enjoy it, and if you have any feedback, you can send it to Mark's email address shown at the bottom of the article - or, of course, feel free to post here, too. Smiley

However, my own old list is more complete.

Mark Alfred's list:

1.Green Kryptonite
2.Red Kryptonite
3.Gold Kryptonite
4.White Kryptonite
5.Jewel Kryptonite, aka Kryptonite Six
6.X-Kryptonite
7.Kryptonite-Plus
8.Anti-Kryptonite
9.Silver Kryptonite
10.Yellow Kryptonite
11.False Kryptonite
12.Magno-Kryptonite

my own old list:

http://superman.nu/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=627

1.Green Kryptonite
2.Red Kryptonite
3.Gold Kryptonite
4.Blue Kryptonite
5.White Kryptonite
6.Jewel Kryptonite
7.X-Kryptonite
8.Red-Green Kryptonite
9.Anti-Kryptonite
10.Slow Kryptonite
11.Kryptonite-Plus
12.Magno-Kryptonite
13.Silver Kryptonite (fake)
14.Yellow Kryptonite (fake)

I was missing Flase Kryptonite from my list.

He was missing Slow Kryptonite and Red-Green Kryptonite from his list.

The most complete list would now have 15 different types of Red-Green Kryptonite!

1. Green Kryptonite
2. Red Kryptonite
3. Gold Kryptonite
4. Blue Kryptonite
5. White Kryptonite
6. Jewel Kryptonite
7. X-Kryptonite
8. Red-Green Kryptonite
9. Anti-Kryptonite
10. Slow Kryptonite
11. Kryptonite-Plus
12. Magno-Kryptonite
13. Silver Kryptonite
14. Yellow Kryptonite
15. Flase Kryptonite

Mark recently sent in a bunch of pictures to go with the article, and we've just finished adding them.  You'll find them on pages 2 through 11 of the now 12 page total.

Also, a correction.  I originally posted

but I was wrong!  Mark never claimed that his article covered all forms of Kryptonite - just some of them.  That was a mistaken assumption on my part.
